As you've noticed the Snow Hare has three spawns. (95 808) is like a normal rare spawn (1 time per 12 hours) but at (501 1006) and (469 921) the hare spawns every hour. That is why it is called a semi-rare pet, Since the other rares spawn every 12 hours! Taming the Semi-rare pet is a bit different from the real rares.
