The subject people seems to steer far far away from, yet is so important.  The data I have collected thus far suggest the equation given is a bust.  The real one shouldn't be too far off but I need some more info from different levels.  Surprisingly that did work decently well for my hit %, but it seems to be a coincidence.  I presume the original author was around my level.  However, it quickly falls apart when checking evasion rates vs mobs, esp of high and low level.  That author made a distinct mistake assuming that all mobs have the same accuracy.--[[User:Bluedragon06|Bluedragon06]] 02:23, 1 September 2011 (PDT)
