Editing Celestial Sage/Demon

{{FixMe|reason=This only has the level 89 culti. Celestial Sage/Demon is the level 100 culti. The full quest chain should be added or links provided.}}

This Cultivation Quest is for the Title "Celestial Sage or Celestial Demon" and is very long and spans many levels. It's recommended you either do it with a Party, or level up as you do the quest. (Level 81)
