Editing Psychics: Hints on skills

Though there are obvious skills to level up asap when raising a psychic, some of your most useful skills are not worth leveling at all.

Psychics are blessed with a range of devastating self buffs, that at high level can have massive difference on the outcome of a fight, and even at low level can be life saving in the PvE environment. These skills relate to soulforce, a characteristic unique to psychics. However the effects of any psychic skill that contains the word "soul" should be studied before leveling.

Soul of Retaliation and Soul of Stunning are at level 1 just as effective as at level 10, the only difference being a higher cost to cast. There is '''no''' functional purpose to level these skills to level 10 until you have the sage or demon book for it, as they are based purely on your soulforce, not the level of the skill.

Soul of Silence and Soul of Vengeance are the same, except with each level they gain a higher range and cost to cast. Again, never worth leveling until you are prepared to make then level 11, which you cannot do until you are level 99.

Lastly, Soulburn. It is worth leveling for one simple reason: duration. Though it's damage is, again, based on soulforce, it's use on magic resistant mobs or on other players in PK is arguably the faster way to kill someone, and when you are as squishy as a psychic with typical build is, killing fast is always, always, your highest priority.
