Editing Talk:Lunar Glade

Starting the unstubbing of this page. It will probably take a couple days to get all my notes together and loaded.

Notes and TODO:
* <s>Double check valley names, especially solo mode</s>
* <s>Remap solo mode paths</s>
* Rerun Trophy Mode to map out path
* <s>Double check token price for EON</s>
* Collecting most of the information on this page now, may consider breaking out some of it into other pages (such as crafting)
* <s>Create a marked up map.</s>
* Screenshot each of the bosses.
* Verify number of toons to open squad mode and minimum level.
** Also do this for Trophy Mode - 12 mirages, 4? toons, 95+?
* Check name of "Rankar" type mobs in Cognitum.
* Fight "Vile: Relic of Wind" again. Can't remember any special attacks. He was kind of a pushover...
