==A few comments==
I read through the build and have a few comments.
#You say, "''It doesn't hurt to get your dexterity up to at least 30, because sometimes those critical hits can come in handy.''"  Why 30?  20 or possibly 40 make sense, since you get +1% crit every 20 Dex, but 30 Dex doesn't make sense to me.  Also, it ''does'' hurt a bit, since that's less attribute points that could be put into Mag (or other stats).  In other words, more Dex = less damage.
#You also say, "''AS SOON AS YOU LEARN THE'' VOODO SKILLS ''AND'' SOUL OF VENGENCE'', use it as often as you can, and level it up frequently.''"  I disagree.  Leveling up the Soul of Vengeance skill is a waste of SP, since all leveling it does is cost more MP to use it and gives you a slightly longer range to cast it on others.  Since you later comment that you should only cast it on yourself, that means leveling it makes you spend more MP to cast it for no good reason.  (Also note that you had misspelled "Vengeance", which I should have fixed by now.)  And as far as ''White Voodoo'' goes, you probably only want to level that up to 4 or so, but I wouldn't recommend leveling it much more than that, since it nerfs your damage too much (not including your DoT skills).
#You claim at one point that the only real difference between ''Aqua Cannon'' and ''Glacial Shards'' is that the first can ''slow'' targets and the second can ''stun'' targets.  That's not accurate.  ''Aqua Cannon'' is a close range AoE attack centered on the caster and has a high chance (80%) of slowing anything it hits.  ''Glacial Shards'', on the other hand, is a ''ranged'' AoE attack centered on the target that has a much lower chance (33%-60%) of stunning.  Also, ''Aqua Cannon'' hits for about twice the additional damage of ''Glacial Shards'', even when they're both maxed.  Finally, ''Aqua Cannon'' starts off with a shorter slow time (2.3 sec.) than ''Glacial Shards''' stun time (always 4 sec.), but ends with a longer slow time (5 sec.).  That's a lot more real differences than what you mention.  (''Sandburst Blast'' is more like ''Glacial Shards'' than ''Aqua Cannon'' as well.)
Anyways, that's it for my comments.  Otherwise it's pretty good. One more I just noticed I missed:
:You claim that some of the level 3 apothecary items "''add elemental damage to your 'already seriously nuke-like damage' rate''", however I believe those pots only affect direct physical attacks, not magical attacks.  In other words, those pots would be wasted on a psychic.  I suppose that we could try to verify that, but I already know that's the case with elemental shards and the wizard's water buff, so I'd be surprised if the pots were any different.
