The Envoy of Justice Quest is available to anyone level 60 and up. It is also known as the hourly quest because you could repeat the quest every 60 minutes. It is very similar to the One Army Quests, with the exception of the rewards and the cost to start the quest.

== Punish Praise Quest ==
The Envoy of Justice quest is listed in the Quest Log under Legendary Quest with a title: Punish Praise.

The quest has 3 missions:
#Seek one of the Envoy of Justice NPCs
#Buy the appropriate level of Order of Justice
#Speak with the Envoy of Justice regarding "Quest Related"
#Select one of the group of monsters to kill
##Mission 1: Speak with the NPC indicated on the quest subtitle "Praise the Good" and deliver the Brocade Box
##Mission 2: Kill the group of monster indicated under "Punish the Evil"
##Mission 3: After the timer reached 0:00:00, speak with the Envoy of Justice again to claim your rewards
#The quest can be completed at any time (i.e. 24 hours after starting the quest, etc.), you may speak with the Envoy of Justice after 60 minutes to turn in mission 3 but the rewards will not be given to you until you have successfully completed the rest of the missions.
