Unable To Trade

• Question: I've got this item, and it says it cannot be traded or decomposed - how do I get rid of it?
• Answer: Most of these items, you can still sell to an NPC.
• But it says "Cannot trade!"
• Yes, that's badly worded, isn't it? It means "Cannot trade to another player"
• Ohhh....

There are, of course, a couple of exceptions to this. The main one is your 'rank' badge. A ring which you get when you gain enough reputation. It's actually a pretty good ring for its level, though it's very hard to keep enough reputation to keep it as a good ring.

But, because if you got rid of it, you would no longer be able to advance through the ranks, you cannot discard it or sell it to NPCs or anything.

The rank badge, you are stuck with. Keep it in your bank if you don't want to wear it.

• Question: So if it says "Cannot be Sold"?
• Answer: That's the one that means "Cannot sell to NPCs". Look for "Cannot discard" too, you might be able to throw the item on the floor.
