:The [[PWpedia talk:Community Portal]] page was the wrong place to post your question. Due to that I have moved it to your talk page. Questions like this really belong in the [http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/forumdisplay.php?f=6 Technical Support Zone section of the PWI forum]. That being said, the problem is that you already have a copy of the program running. Look in the notification area of your taskbar (the part with the clock) and double-click the PWI icon there (you may have to click the left-pointing arrow to see it). If you can't find it there, open Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL should bring that up), look for "elementclient.exe", and kill that process. If that doesn't help either, just reboot. Once you've done that you should be able to start it just fine. -- [[ | :The [[PWpedia talk:Community Portal]] page was the wrong place to post your question. - The PWpedia talk:Community Portal page was the wrong place to post your question. Due to that I have moved it to your talk page. Questions like this really belong in the Technical Support Zone section of the PWI forum. -- Sangodoc (talk) 02:14, 19 February 2010 (UTC)
