What is a Level 2 Land Attack?[edit]
Attacking a land can be done though Territory wars, it is an event open every week for Factions to bid on lands and attempt to seize them. An attack on an empty land results in a territory war of 3 hours to kill 300 monsters, including bosses, an attack on an already occupied land results in a 3 hour war against the faction that owns it.
A level 2 land attack is an attack on one of the 6 medium sized cities of Perfect world: Lost City, Etherblade, City of the Plume, City of Raging Tides, Dreamweaver Port and Telius City. To attack them the faction must own at least 2 level 3 lands one of which must touch the city. This attack is different from a level 3 land attack, with 4 bosses, one at each gate, and the city keeper in the center.
Territory wars maps for a PvE war is the same Layout as PvP, with 2 bases at both end of the map and 3 roads leading to the bases. These roads in a PvE territory war are filled with monsters, 300 spread out over the map and enemy base.
Preparing for the Attack[edit]
Genies
The territory war should not be taken lightly; everyone should go all out for it, which includes making a new genie. The following skills will help a lot:
File:Absolute Domain Icon.png Absolute Domain: Makes a squad immune to damage for a short period.
File:Tree of Protection Icon.PNG Tree of Protection: Restores 25% HP every second for 3 second. Everyone should have this skill as Level 1, and be constantly using it every cooldown on bosses.
File:Reflective Aura.PNG Reflective Aura: Reflects up to 100,000 damage.
File:Alpha Male Icon.PNG Alpha Male: Draws Aggro and reflects 40% Damage.
Potions and Pills
Everyone should be using the highest HP Recovering potion they can get there hands on, elixirs also help. HP Recovery per Second Pills will also help.

Tactic to Defeat
Penumbrax Dominator can't be tanked. End of. The only possible way to beat it is to sacrifice yourself and allow it to kill itself on reflect damage. To do this with lure it back to your base (which may take time) or have a lot of clerics constantly resurrecting. Venomancers should bramble guard anyone they can. Anyone can damage deal on it and it will one shot you for 100,000+ and reflect some back.
Gate B Keeper: Reclusive Spikewing[edit]
Statistics
Physical Attack: 12,000 - 12,000
File:Magic Attack Icon.PNG Magic Attack: 2,500 – 2,500
File:Physical Defence Icon.PNG Physical Defense: 3,975
File:Magic Defence Icon.PNG Magic Defense: 3,975
Skills and Attacks
Reclusive Spikewing has a hard hitting physical attack but can only be tanked at a range, close range physical damage will not harm him. He has 2 Attacks and a 35m Mana drain for 5,000 a second. His first is a single mage hit and his second is a 28m Channel Slowing AoE.

Tactic to Defeat
Reclusive Spikewing should be tanked By a High hp archer, with several more archers with 2 clerics healing every 1 archer. It is VITAL the archers are the max possible distance from the boss and the clerics are the max possible distance from the archers, this will avoid the mana burn he casts. If he mana burns the clerics it becomes impossible get rid of.
Gate C Keeper: Vitas Ironwill[edit]
Statistics
Physical Attack: 12,000 – 12,000
File:Magic Attack Icon.PNG Magic Attack: 5,000 – 5,000
File:Physical Defence Icon.PNG Physical Defense: 3,975
File:Magic Defence Icon.PNG Magic Defense: 38,95
Skills and Attacks
Vitas Ironwill is the hardest boss in this War, and must be saved until last because he will burn your charms no problems. Vitas moves at 15m second and only attacks with a physical and magical AoE of about 20 meters, which is instant death for anyone. He uses AoE Stuns as well and also AoE Poison for 800+ damage per cast. He also buffs himself for increased Magic Attack, Physical attack and Attack rate.

File:Physical Attack Buff.PNG Increased Physical Attack Buff.
File:Magical Attack Buff.PNG Increased Magical Attack Buff.
File:Attack Quicken Buff.PNG Increased Attack Rate Buff.
Tactic to Defeat
Vitas Ironwill will need to be lured back to base, he hits too hard and too frequently to be tanked. The fact he stuns and moves at 15 meters second makes it hard to lure too. A good tactic is to make a human chain of people, about 20 meters apart leading from Vitas down C road into your base, have the first person attack and let him die, second attack. So on and so forth until he's safely in your base. Once he's in there unequip all your armor and basically sacrifice yourself, it will not work in the same way as A Gate because reflect damage dose nothing, but you can survive a little longer before he AoEs and one-shot you and everyone around you.
Make sure everyone is spread out and you keep a constant damage deal on him to stop him from resetting.
City Keeper: Coveteous Soulwarden and Guardians[edit]
Statistics
Physical Attack: 2,000 – 2,000
File:Magic Attack Icon.PNG Magic Attack: 4,000 – 4,000
File:Physical Defence Icon.PNG Physical Defense: 3,975
File:Magic Defence Icon.PNG Magic Defense: 3,975
Skills and Attacks
Coveteous Soulwarden will be surrounded by 5 Bosses; each boss can only be killed in one specific way. You will need a good range of classes to do this part. The guardians are fairy weak, each boss has 1 million hp and defenses below 3,000 and damages no more then a squad mode twilight boss. Coveteous Soulwarden may aggro whilst you're killing the bosses but don't worry. Both Coveteous Soulwarden and Guardians will not move from there spot, so they cannot be lured.
File:Increased Attack Rate Icon.PNG 0.8 Attack interval Physical Attack.
File:Magic Attack Icon.PNG 28m Frontal Magical AoE.
Tactic to Defeat
Coveteous Soulwarden is nothing more then a high health annoyance. He can be tanked easily and only has a frontal AoE that slows channeling. Simply tank with a barb 10,000 or more health.
General PvE Rules[edit]
► Chi will be drained to 0 once you enter the instance.
► You cannot embrace people inside the instance.
► Mounts and flying mount can be used inside the instance, however do not use flying mounts, if you pull the aggro of a boss and it cannot reach you, it will reset.
► After death, you will have 30 seconds of being sealed in which you cannot use any skills.
► Items and Exp will not be lost upon death inside the instance.
Benefits of owning a level 2 land[edit]
A level one land is worth a nice 20,000,000 coin a week for the faction's pay, as well as that you also get the town portal to this location. These cities also come with high level pills, which can be made at the officer of the land, these pots are level 5 and 6 pills and some are the highest version of the pills possible.
