The Divine Emissaries are NPCs located by General Summer in Archosaur | The Divine Emissaries are NPCs located in both Dreamweaver Port and by General Summer in Archosaur. They are the [[Divine Emissary of Light]] (which can also be found in all races' main city), the [[Divine Emissary of Shadow]], and the [[Divine Emissary of Void]]. The Divine Emissaries are NPCs located in both Dreamweaver Port and by General Summer in Archosaur. They are the Divine Emissary of Light (which can also be found in all races' main city), the Divine Emissary of Shadow, and the Divine Emissary of Void. They give the holders of Divine Orders Divine Contracts, and are essential to the new skill of Runecrafting.
