Tip: Obviously, get rid of those guardians first, then get a range class (i.e. archer/wizard/etc.) to attack him, the cleric stays behind the ranged player and spams Ironheart on them. Doing this without melee is preferable because cleric heal range isn't far enough to escape AoE distance when a melee player is tanking.  This can be done without high level player help (like most bosses) and with just two people level ~50... just very slow.
Tip: Get rid of the guardians (add-ons) first. Clerics, Mystics, and Venomancers (with a pet the same level) will have an easier time soloing this then most classes. If it's still too difficult you may want to bring help.

Unfortunatelly, it looks like the chain quest was ended in 2011. The start of it, talking to the Elder of Thousand Sreams, was left behind and this may be the reason why it does not appear in the in-game quest list. This info needs confirmation.
