You can tank almost any magical monster at this point. Don't get overly ambitious though. If you don't have a good cleric you will still die. If you're doing FB or BH runs keep a good cleric handy. Just a recommendation.

This is based on the guidelines that Hell_Cat_Jay posted about a Psychic Tank Build. He is 100% correct. The only difference for this build is that it forgoes the added Dexterity, and instead increases Magic and Vitality. The lack of critical hits is offset with stronger attacks and faster speed.

☆Necklace of the Legion is a perfect ornament for this, although a costly one. Same with ☆Sleeves of Blood Moon. A level 63 psychic without gear averages 0.91 seconds for casting time, but with these accessories and a few others (with a -3% casting time) it's possible to get casting time down to 0.78 seconds on average.

Doesn't seem like much? Augment this setup with a genie skill called Wind Shield, which gives you an extra 10% on attack speed for several seconds, and now you can do 4-5 hits before your opponent gets in a single shot.

Tested level 63 skills:
Aqua Impact - Level 10
Spirit Blast - Level 10
Black Voodoo - Level 9
Soul of Vengeance - Level 8
Torrent - Level 9
Bubble of Life - Level 8
Aqua Cannon - Level 5
Aqua Spirit - Level 6
Earthen Spirit - Level 6
Diminished Vigor - Level 2
Empowered Vigor - Level 4
Disturb Soul - Level 2
Soul Burn - Level 4
Spark 1

These skills allow this build to hit between 4,000 and 9,000 damage every hit, with a critical of between 13,000 and 17,000 damage.

This setup is for those that like the extra power and speed and want to level fairly fast. It's recommended that you stay away from using defensive skills (White Voodoo) if you try this setup due to the basics that your attacks will take longer to kill.

There are also pots you can use to increase your channeling speed. Once you reach level 45 you should start looking for them.

Final Notes[edit]

You can tank almost any magical monster at this point. Don't get overly ambitious though. If you don't have a good cleric you will still die. If you're doing Call to Duty (FB) or Bounty Hunter runs, keep a good cleric handy. Just a recommendation.
