Quests can be found in the Quest Log found by pressing Q on the keyboard while in game. Active quests are listed in the "Current Quest" tab and available quests are in the "Available Quest" tab of the log.  It may be helpful to check the PW Encyclopedia (Quest button or Rookie Guild+Quest Detail buttons) for quests you may have overlooked.  The PW Encyclopedia is a button located on the Mini-Map (upper-right corner in game).
