This pack was available during the month of September 2009 and from mid-October to November 2009 in the Cash Shop for one gold.

Before patch version 184, the Duke would shout out whenever something better was given. He was shouting pretty regularly.

Trade this in for a tome (at the PW Boutique agent), which is better than the level 5 ones that you can craft.
