This is a basic article message box (ambox) with a colored bar on the left. To use this put {{Ambox_basic|color=#1e90ff|text=Your text here.}} at the top of the article or section with your own text and color in the template tag (#1e90ff is the default blue color, but other colors can be used). You can change the style of the text by adding a textstyle parameter (like "|textstyle=color: red; font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"). Other templates with default messages can/should be made using this template.
Once they add the ParserFunctions plugin to this wiki this template should be depreciated in favor of the full Ambox code.
