You fly with your aerogear; exactly what the gear is different for each race. Winged elves and tideborn get wings (different wings for each race), humans get swords, the untamed get various beasts, and the earthguard get kites.
The problems you probably have are:
- Only elves (clerics and archers) get to fly right from the start of the game.
- Your gear from the Supply Stash are time limited and will run out.
- You get a permanent set of wings at level 30, just follow your quests.
- You can also purchase more (and faster) aerogear from the Cash Shop when you are a high enough level (varies depending on which aerogear you get).
- If you can't work out how to start flying: Hit 'e' and drag the 'fly' icon into your hotbar. (It's on the top row.)
- By default, when flying you can fly up or down using the up or down arrow keys on the keyboard.
