#1 Grind
One of the easiest ways to make quick cash is grinding. You get many drops including pots, armors, Dragon Quest items, and coins. Its a good thing to pick them all up. When you're picking up money it may not seem like much, but each coin counts, over time it will make a big difference. It builds up.
Also, sell any drops you get to the NPC unless its needed or can be sold to other players for more coins.
You also get exp from grinding

Take the Long Way
Many people like to teleport. For example, every teleport to West Archosaur is 3k. Now multiply that by all the times you have teleported over the levels. It's A LOT. Try to save your money by flying/walking/running or even buy a mount.
