Hello! I'm Catgirldesu but I'm known on the PWI forums as Desdi. Catgirldesu was the random nickname I chose for myself when I created my account because that moment I didn't know what to use..

Perfect World Internetional has been my favourite MMORPG game, I have been playing since October 2008 and I thought I should share my findings and experience here on the PWIwiki because other players might discover things they didn't know or new tips and ideas of how to play their classes. PWI wiki is a wonderful place to be and share your experience and ideas with others! :)

My characters

I play on Sanctuary server.

• Desdi - Demon Venomancer

Desdi is my very first character in the game. Venomancer was the reason I downloaded the game. I really wanted to try this kemonomimi looking class and I after a few days I had fallen in love with it. I still feel the same excitement as when I first started out whenever I play. I love classes that can debuff as well as those that use pets. Although there are things that could have been done differently to this class to make it even better I'm still happy with everything it has. I chose Demon because I love the "chance to hit, chance to miss" type of skills. The ones that will "either save you or kill you". I love taking the risk and whenever I start debuffing I can't predict the outcome. Sometimes my skills will work, other times they won't and othertimes I'll get insane criticals! I started with her on 30.10.2008 and reached endgame/goal with her on 06.06.2011, got all 23 Demon skills and rank 8.

• Aryami - Sage Cleric

Aryami, despite being my second main character, is in fact 5th character I created. I had started a Cleric because I love being able to heal, help and protect people. I had messed up the attribute points of my first Cleric and I decided to start all over instead of putting money into resets. I started with her around April 2009.My original plan was to simply get her to lvl90 but now is lvl100 as well. Aryami is half-retired (playing with but not working on improving) at the moment as I have been into playing my Psychic so the money I don't use on Desdi go to her. Eventually I will return back to her and work for better gear and possibly get more Sage skills (although I have the basic/needed ones).

• Syedora - Sage Psychic

Syedora is my most recent character. Even though I had tried the Tideborn classes when the expansion was released I liked neither classes. However, suddenly, when I tried Psychic again in May 2011 I fell in love with the class. I'm playing on her mostly now. Initially I was going Demon but I changed my mind and decided to opt for Sage. She's the first character I've tried "real" PvP with (after the Secret Passage changes) and often use her to duel with faction mates. Hit Sage on 28th of December together with my faction mate Hazumi_chan.

Characters I used to have that were deleted or I retired from:

• Devayen - Venomancer

Devayen was my Light Armour and Heavy Armour build experiment. I wanted to try focusing on Fox Form instead and on defence isntead of offence. She has been an extremely fun character to play but as there is no point in having two Venomancers I have left her at lvl 71. I do miss her sometimes though so maybe I will return to her at some point.

• Asindorra - Sage Mystic

Started as soon as the expansion was out together with someone. We played out Earthguards together throughout the whole game. For personal reasons I have stopped playing him. His name means sunlight. Stopped at lvl 90 and deleted.

• Sorycel - Archer
• Abily - Blademaster
• RuLoCaT - Barbarian
• Spelldusk - Wizard

Factions

• Emberlite

It was my first real faction in which I felt like home. Things happened and everything started falling apart. Eventually I became the leader and I tried my best to revive it. However, I had to leave the game for a period of time and thus the faction died again.

• Negans

It is a faction created by my best friend. We made it mainly because we couldn't find any good faction out there and we were tired of the constant random faction invites or how people would try to persuade us to get into their own factions.

• Rescue

My Psychic's faction in which I joined after hearing about it from a friend. It was a small faction but it was nice as long as it lasted.

• Oddysey

Old home faction. It has wonderful and really funny people in it. We do a lot of things together and have fun. Hopefully, everything will stay like this and the faction will keep growing. I'm was very proud Oddysey Marshal but after the merging with another faction I decided to take my leave (not in favour of faction merging) plus that, starting college, I had no more time to dedicate to PWI like before.

• Wolves

My current faction. It's a small semi-active faction that consists of a few close PWI/non-PWI friends. Joined mainly because faction chat makes life easier with communication and to avoid random faction invites.
