The Bounty Hunter is an NPC that gives a quest involving the killing of a boss each day. This NPC has been implemented into the game as of August 5 2009 (Patch 168).
Characters level 40 or higher are able to access these Daily Quests. Each level tier has a different monster to kill (eg, lvl40, lvl50, lvl60+ etc) Rewards also vary depending on your level as well.
