Bounty Hunter

The Bounty Hunter is an NPC that gives a quest involving the killing of a boss each day. This NPC has been implemented into the game as of August 5 2009 (Patch 168). He is located in the center of Archosaur, on the east end of the platform with the Warsoul Spirit.

Characters level 40 or higher are able to access these Daily Quests. Each level tier has a different monster to kill (eg, lvl40, lvl50, lvl60+ etc) Rewards also vary depending on your level as well.

Gm-provided information: Note: He will offer a reward for a certain boss per level range, per day. This means that all players within the same level range will most likely get the same target.

He offers a variety of rewards, and the higher level you get, the greater variance you will see in his bounties.

Translated, this means:

• You can do the quest once per day.
• He offers a different bounty to each level range (40-49, 50-59 etc.)
• Which monster you have to kill will change each day (although there's only so many appropriate monsters)
• So there's nothing stopping you getting a bunch of people, all taking the quest, and going and killing him in a group. In fact, that is almost certainly the intention.
• It has also been stated that all the monsters will be instanced ones - inside FBs and the like.

If you trash the quest, you can't take it again. (Presumably, you just need to wait for the next days quest)

It appears that if you complete the quest, you can take his quest again that day - but he'll bump you to the next tier of quests. That is, if you are level 45 (say) and get that (40-49) boss killed, and then go back he will give you the quest for the 50-59 boss. If you wait until the next day instead, he should give you the 40-49 quest. This is, of course, unconfirmed, since he hasn't been in-game for a full day yet. So it might just be bugged.
