This is a notice message for articles that are stubs. To use this put {{Stub}} at the top of the article. It automatically adds the page to the Category:Stubs list.
Note: Once the ParserFunctions plugin is added to this wiki the final line of the above code should be changed to this:
{{#ifeq:{{NAMESPACE}}|{{ns:0}}|[[Category:Stubs]]}}
That should prevent this template from being listed in the Stubs category.
