The Valley of Resiprocity is an instanced dungeon.

Entry is available from level 40 once a day.

There are several levels, named:

Name (Link) Level
Alpha 40-55
Beta 56-70
Gamma 71-85
Delta 86+

In this dungeon you must defend from multiple increasingly tough waves of wraiths, culminating in a boss.

To enter, you will need one Rebirth Order of the correct level per team member.
Rebirth Orders are created by getting a Duty Badge from an Adventure Assistant or Khatru Pup (at Cube of Fate Entrance) and trading for a Rebirth Order at any Spiritual Disciple.

Spiritual Disciple World 131 857 (38), Near Elder of Thousand Streams
Spiritual Disciple World 572 646 (22), Near Elder of Archosaur
Spiritual Disciple World 662 375 (26), Near Elder of Dreamweaver Port

Read all the information on the page of the section you will be going to.
When everyone is ready the squad leader starts the quest at the Disciple and you get teleported inside.
