Assassin Sockets and Armor

Use HP and Mana stones in sockets because you will use up a lot of mana in stealth and lose HP when in combat if you are not stunning or sleeping your target.
Assassins are best off using Light Armor and Physical Defense ornaments, as Light Armor doesn't provide enough physical defense by itself.
