Page too huge

Rank 8 for Tideborn and Earthguard

If I'm not mistaken, Tideborn get R8 Bracers and Boots, and I know for sure that Earthguard do. Later I'd like to update the page to include these and change the text at the top stating what is true for only the 3 original classes.
