I don't think I want to put this into someone else's guide, but:
This week, the rare pets should be spawning at:
05:54 ( 15:54 UK ) 17:54 ( 03:54 UK )
Of course, if one of them isn't tamed on your server then these times will slowly slip and get later and later.
Someone should explain in one of these guides how that happens.
