Reorganization

It might be a good idea to restructure this page. The tips are good, but since they were pulled from the forum, they're in the order that people happened to post in. Some tips are a little redundant and others could be combined into the same bullet.

Overall, it's good advise, but may be a little confusing to new comers. (Wealth of information, but can be hard to take in piece by piece.)

Here's a potential reordering scheme:

Skills
- Bramble (points 1, 2)
- Debuffs (points 19, 20)
- Other (point 23)

Aggro Management (points 3, 7)

Luring (points 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 21, 22)

Defense/Evasive Action (points 5, 15, 16, 17, 18)

Tanking (points 6, 13, 14)

Items on Hand (point 24)
