Talk:Venomancer Luring
Oh wow, great guide! Very detailed, you did a really awesome job! ^^ Would you mind if I add to the "Corners" section though? I won't change any of the original material, just wanted to add another way of pulling through corners. =D --Carimre 14:16, 3 August 2009 (UTC)
- Please, feel free. I'm still editing it to add things as I think of them, and as I notice some atrocious bits of grammar. And, as I note up top, it really needs pictures. I'll do that tonight, I hope. --Vitenka
- Thanks so much! I can't wait to see the final version! --Carimre 14:39, 3 August 2009 (UTC)
- I added a new section called L-shaped pulling so as not to disturb your Corners section. I hope that's alright, I wasn't really sure how you wanted it set up. --Carimre 17:15, 3 August 2009 (UTC)
- Kind of a mix of my 'corners' and 'halt your pet to catch roamers' bits, looks like a good addition. If I were to nitpick, though, I'd point out that your example pet panel doesn't have the pet marked on 'halt' --Vitenka
- Oh you're absolutely right, I'll fix the picture right now, thanks! --Carimre 18:32, 3 August 2009 (UTC)
Ok, I think this guide is pretty much done, now.
TODO: Rename this page to Venomancer/Luring
The breadth and depth of this article is truly frightening. --Ljia 12:31, 30 August 2009 (UTC)
- Thank you. --Vitenka
To Lerux: The thing you are trying to add? NOT LURING.
If you cast a spell, you will draw every monster within aggro radius of the target onto you. Sure - that may be fine sometimes; but it's not luring. --Vitenka
Rename to Pet Luring?
Since the technique works just as well for mystic pets rename this to Pet Luring? --Asterelle 00:34, 4 April 2011 (PDT)
