Removing Useful Content[edit]

Please do not remove useful content from the wiki without giving a good reason. If you have such a reason, please put it on the talk pages. Also, please don't enter a revert war. I undid your changes for a reason, and gave it in the edit description. Even if I weren't the wiki moderator, you shouldn't undo an undo without giving a good reason why it should be done or trying to come to some sort of compromise. So, if you have a good reason for removing all of that useful content, please write it on the talk pages, and if the reason makes sense then I'll even remove it myself, if you want. -- Sangodoc - PWI wiki mod (talk) 22:32, 4 December 2010 (UTC)

Sorry, I'm a computer guy. It finally occurred to me that in your edit comment, "dont want to support pwi with my ip", the "IP" meant "intellectual property", and not "Internet protocol" (which didn't make much sense to me :-P ). Anyways, I should point out that the text is no longer your intellectual property, as you agreed to under the Terms of Service agreement. In section 10 "User Content" it says:
The Service may include discussion forums, chat rooms, user feedback, messaging features, comments and other interactive areas or services (“Interactive Areas”) in which you or other users create, post, send or store any content, messages, materials, data, information, text, music, sound, photos, video, graphics, code or other items or materials on or through the Website (the "User Content"). User Content posted to the Website is publicly available and not confidential and will become the sole property of PWE.
So, basically, anything posted to the forums, wiki, or any of PWE's other "interactive areas" becomes the property of PWE, provided that it is not already copyrighted (in which case it should not have been posted in such areas in the first place.) This is part of the agreement you accepted.
Further removal of content from the wiki without a good reason will be considered vandalism and will always be undone.
I'm sorry if you're upset with PWE, but deleting content from the wiki is not an appropriate way to deal with problems. If you have any comments, please feel free to post them on my talk page or talk to Frankie about it. Thanks. -- Sangodoc - PWI wiki mod (talk) 17:48, 5 December 2010 (UTC)
