The Divine Emissaries are NPCs located by General Summer in Archosaur and Dreamweaver Port, and the Divine Emissary of the Light is also located in Tellus City and the City of the Plume (and possibly other starter cities, not verified.) They are the Divine Emissary of the Light, the Divine Emissary of the Shadow and the Divine Emissary of the Void. They give the holders of Divine Orders Divine Contracts, and are essential to the new skill of Runecrafting.
