The Divine Emissaries are NPCs located in both Dreamweaver Port and by General Summer in Archosaur. They are the Divine Emissary of the Light (which can also be found in all races' main city), the Divine Emissary of the Shadow, and the Divine Emissary of the Void. They give the holders of Divine Orders Divine Contracts, and are essential to the new skill of Runecrafting.
