Screenshots are taken by pressing the F9 key (by default) - you can then zoom around a camera using the controls to set up your shot, and take it - with or without the UI. (With the UI if you want to raise a customer support ticket, otherwise without is usually prettier)

They will then arrive in your perfect world directory, in element\screenshots. The filename is the timestamp of when the screenshot was taken with the extension of ".bmp" for bitmap image.

(Exactly where depends upon where you installed the game to - check the properties of the shortcut you use to launch the game if you are unsure.

Additionally, you can hide the UI by pressing [ALT]-H. This allows you to take a screenshot as normal and paste the results into your image editor of choice. This can result in a higher resolution image and a smaller file size, which is ideal for sources for signatures and banners.
