These tables are based on the data from here:

Nirvana transfers: Quench = 60% of that value, First Cast = 40% of that value. For sockets use the G15 row for armor and quenched weapons... G13 row for first cast weapons.
G16 Nirv / R9 3rd cast: Take 50% of the value from the charts (use G16 row for sockets).
