I follow most of your explanations here but there a few things that need further explanation.

On the "Break Even" amounts it is unclear how you arrived at these figures?

Too confusing? If you want the "break even" averages values based on the above:

Copper Dragon Order: 38,766 coins
Silver Dragon Order: 141,342 coins
Gold Dragon Order: 1,088,444 coins

There is some information left out about Dragon Quest Items.

1) Some items I get do not have any Mission association but like the mission DQ items have a "Dragon Point Value". How is the "Dragon Point Value" applied to my account so I may redeem those points for items at the PWI DQ Rewards website page which is not mentioned?

2) Do mission DQ items get counted when I turn in a DQ mission or some other way?

Answer 0) I got those figures just like it says in the text you quoted, I averaged the values from the table that was just a bit above that section. Just after the table there is an explanation of how I reached the values in that table as well.
Answer 1) If you're referring to the 35 Dragon Point (DP) items (and the Chest of Coins), to get the DPs you just sell them to NPCs, the same as any other item with a DP value. I guess DPs need to be explained somewhere on the page now, though.
Answer 2) No, you don't get DPs for using DQ items in the DQ missions. You only get DPs from selling items with DP values to NPCs. This makes doing the DQs somewhat more wasteful than before DPs were implemented.
I hope that clears things up. -- Sangodoc - PWI wiki mod (talk) 02:06, 27 September 2011 (PDT)
