Rubbaduckazilla: According to the history at 17:35, 2 August 2009 you made several name changes to other people's guides. Jollyjaguar had organized the links prior to this but no name changes were made. Even minor changes such as adding a number to the title of a guide causes the original guide to be un-linked and be replaced with a new unedited page. This essentially acts as a deletion of the original guide. There is also no need to be rude or attack other contributors as we are all working hard to make this wiki as best as it can be. Your behaviour is against Wiki Posting Rules and Forum rules, please be considerate of other peoples' work. This is all I hope we have to say about this matter. Rubba: There has to be SOME ordering to the page. Alphabetical is as good as any. Hopefully once the contest is over we can merge the guides anyway. --Vitenka

Yes i made minor changes i put title for each of the guides but i didnt delete or change any names like i said befor when i came into edit a couple of guides had been mereged with another guides name, And i made my baby pet guide 1st and if u want alphabetical order i will change the name --Rubbaduckazilla 11:56, 3 August 2009 (UTC)

Firstly, your guide is still not in alphabetical order. Secondly, why does it matter that your guide goes to the top of the list? That you got your guide onto the wiki first counts for nothing. And is more easily determined from the version history than the placement in the guides page, which is temporary anyway. And finally, if you stopped sounding so angry and used a little bit of civility things would go a lot more smoothly. --Vitenka

Oh, and I don't have a baby pets guide, I'm not protecting anything, just trying to keep the guides page smooth. And I know you didn't change anything except the order in the previous change, the change of the order was what I objected to. However, by renaming your guide here you've made it no longer link to your actual guide. If you like, I can fix that. Normally I'd do so immediately, but this is obviously a touchy subject. --Vitenka

I just went and linked all of the orphaned guides. (That is, the guides which have pages but there was no way to get to except via the search or Special:RecentChanges.) This has left us with several near-duplicate pages with very similar names. Could the owners indicate which ones they want to keep and delete the others? --Vitenka

Rubba - will you please not remove links without explaining why? And if those are your guides you're removing, could you actually delete the pages rather than just the link to them? --Vitenka
