To get started, first go to http://pwi.perfectworld.com/download and download the game.
While you are downloading the game, you should go to http://pwi.perfectworld.com to create an account, for you need an account to play the game.
After the the game is installed, and updated. Click play and wait for the login screen. Log in with the user name and password that you created earlier.
After the login information is accepted. You will be taken to the character selection page. This is where you create your character, or choose a character that you have made to play the game.
If you don't see the button to create a character, then your window is too short. Make the window taller until you see the button to create your character.
