Chapter 2. Symphony of Fate

The Symphony of Fate is accessed by talking to the middle pillar when entering Twilight Temple, also known as TT or HH (Holy Hall, a throwback to earlier game versions). I'll include common names people call these bosses, along with if the boss requires you to use Ultimate Substances for it to spawn.
